by “these pigs,” you mean the CEOS and other top execs, yes? I work for one of those crumbling banks, and while our new CEO, not even with us a whole three months yet, is getting a parachute of spun gold and the tears of orphans, there are no such luxuries for the rank and file – instead of parachutes of gold, we get sacks of dung. the idea is to throw it towards the ground so you can have a shot at landing on something soft.
even so, i do not hate my employers. I’m sure they’ll be quite tasty with a side of broccoli.
